Standard 8-inch brackets don't cut it for deep-V hulls, offshore center consoles, or trailers with tall crossmembers. The Wellmax 10" Heavy Duty Bunk Brackets give you the extra height, the corrosion protection, and the angle adjustability you need to rebuild or upgrade with confidence.
Why the Extra Inches Matter
Deep-V hulls and tall axle geometry need bunks that sit higher above the crossmember. Our 10-inch vertical brackets deliver that extra travel — clearing suspension, leaf springs, and frame interference that 8-inch brackets can't accommodate. Pair them with 2x6 or 2x4 bunk boards for balanced weight distribution across the full length of your hull.
Dual-Coating Corrosion Defense
Saltwater eats cheap hardware alive. We built this kit to take it. The 10-inch brackets are heavy-duty galvanized steel with an added E-coat layer for a second line of defense. Every U-bolt, nut, and washer is treated with Dacromet dip-spin coating — the same corrosion protection spec used in marine and automotive applications. The full system has been tested to 1,000 hours of salt spray exposure without seizing or rusting.
Swivel Tops for a Custom Hull Fit
No two hulls are exactly the same. The included swivel top brackets pivot to match the deadrise of your hull so 2x6 or 2x4 bunk boards sit flat against the fiberglass or aluminum — no gaps, no stress points, no rubbing on the way down the ramp.
